What is Product Backlog?

What: Product Backlog contains a prioritized list of all user stories that need to be implemented for the product. It can contain features, bugs, infrastructure related tasks, etc. It is a living breathing artifact.

Who: Product Owner is responsible for the Product Backlog.

How: Product Backlog is created using User Story cards. Scrum Depot offers uniquely designed user story cards which incorporate industry wide best practices. It helps provide a uniform approach to user story writing.

When: Product Backlog is created at the start of a product development cycle and is continuously updated and appended.
